Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free credits

Free credits cost you nothing, so they are not refundable.

A scan that fails

If a scan fails because of an error on our side, or because the website could not be reached, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Paid plans

Cancel any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Refund within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the part you have not used. Credits already spent on completed scans are not refunded, because the cost of those scans has already been incurred.
If something we sold you did not work as described, tell us and we will make it right or refund you.

How to ask

Email lsc.aisolutions@gmail.com with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the order ID from your payment receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. A refund goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
