What QAuncle is

QAuncle (Lucky Singh, India) scans a website you point it at and reports measured design, usability, security and performance problems, together with text prompts you can give to your own AI coding tool. QAuncle never changes your website. You decide what to apply.

Only scan sites you are allowed to scan

You may scan a website only if you own it or have permission from its owner to test it. How our scanner behaves is described at /bot. You are responsible for having that permission. We can refuse or stop a scan, and block an account, that we believe is aimed at someone who has not agreed to it.

Your account and credits

You need a Google account to sign in. Every account gets free credits, and a standard scan uses 10. If a scan fails because of an error on our side, or because the site could not be reached, the credits are returned automatically. Paid plans, their price and their monthly credits are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

What the results are, and are not

• Scores and findings come from measurements of the live page. Automated checks can still be wrong or incomplete, and they cover only the page that was scanned.
• Explanations, fix prompts and "Uncle's impression" are written by an AI. The impression is an opinion and is labelled as one; it never changes a score.
• Fix prompts are suggestions. Each is marked "low risk" or "review before applying". Read what a change does before you ship it. We are not responsible for changes you or your tools make to your site.
• A clean scan is not a guarantee that a site is secure, accessible, legally compliant or will rank in search.

Acceptable use

Do not use QAuncle to attack or overload a website, to get around the scan limits, to scan sites you have no permission to test, or for anything unlawful. You may share your reports with your own clients and colleagues.

Ownership

The reports and prompts generated for you are yours to use. QAuncle, its code, design and the Uncle character belong to us.

Availability

QAuncle is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change.

Ending your use

You can stop using QAuncle at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business or data, arising from your use of QAuncle, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
